These tart, deep-hued berries are steeped in the distillery’s signature Minke Gin, distilled from whey for a notably smooth base. Over several months, the berries impart their ruby-red color and a complex flavor profile, characterized by a delicate balance of sweet, earthy, and sour notes that define this unique gin variant.

Further distinguishing the Minke Sloe Gin is the inclusion of Rock Samphire, a botanical native to the rugged shoreline that mirrors the Minke whale’s Atlantic habitat.
