Later, it would be a term used for the Irish soldiers who would fight on behalf of foreign armies in battle abroad. Today, it’s a slick whiskey marketing theme. Introducing The Wild Geese untamed. An Indie bottling of Cooley stock. High malt blend, double distilled, aged exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrel. Lots of vanilla, spiced honey and clove.
