Blossoms Shamrock
28-Year-Old Single Rum Cask
A rare single cask to come out of Bushmills during the start of its āgolden eraā. To add even more intrigue, our whiskey was entirely aged in an ex-rum barrel. Bottled exclusively for renowned Japanese outfit Whisk-e Ltd. this is an extremely scarce bottling which we have not seen available outside the esoteric circles of Japanese whiskey clubs.
Tasting notes
Color: Deep amber.
Fragrance:Sabalan, brown sugar, dry orange, mango.
Flavor: Mango, papaya, brown sugar, pink pepper, gingerbread, sweet chestnut.

A Drop of the Irish 2017
59.2% Sherry Finish
Another uncompromising release from Blackadder. Each cask is carefully selected by their representative, Robin Tuchek. A philosopher in is own right with a career in the whiskey industry spanning over 30 years since the 1980s. This bottlerās philosophy of āsingle-cask, uncooled filtration, uncoloredā has received enthusiastic support from whiskey lovers around the world. This particular non-age-statement (NAS) single malt has been bottled at 59.2% after a healthy sherry finish.
Tasting notes
Nose: Sweet with a hint of smoke, vanilla with warm custard and toffee.
Palate:Sweet grains, supplemented with rich spices with a slightly smoked oak undertone.
Finish: Long and subtle with salty liquorice filled with dark chocolate.

St. Patrickās 10 Year Old
Sherry Cask Finish
St. Patrickās Distillery was established back in 2014 and is currently producing their own potato based gin and vodka. For their whiskey, they have opted to go down the bonding and blending route. They source young and mature whiskeys from distilleries all around Ireland and treat them to different finishing casks. In this instance we have a sherry-finished 10 year old blend that has been bottled at a welcome higher ABV of 45%.
Tasting notes
Nose: Fresh and clean with aromatic oils and spices.
Palate: Sweet and smooth, with fruit, floral and spice notes.
Finish: Lingering fruit with subtle spices.
