St. Patrick’s Distillery was established back in 2014 and is currently producing their own potato based gin and vodka. For their whiskey, they have opted to go down the bonding and blending route. They source young and mature whiskeys from distilleries all around Ireland and treat them to different finishing casks. In this instance we have a sherry-finished 10 year old blend that has been bottled at a welcome higher ABV of 45%.
