Ex-Bourbon
A fantastic Irish single cask, single malt whiskey that was matured in an ex-bourbon barrel before being bottled by world famous bottler Liquid Treasures in 2016. Only 123 bottles of this honest and authentic whiskey were ever produced.
Distillery
Powers whiskey is traditionally pot-still based blended spirit produced at the famous Midleton distillery. This particular release is a single cask 15 Year Old that was released in conjunction with L. Mulligan Grocers. It was matured in an ex-bourbon cask and is a fantastic example of smooth Midleton whiskey. Only 192 bottles were ever produced.
Hibernia Distillers
This Hyde No.6 1938 Commemorative Edition is a single grain whisky that has been matured in Sherry butts, creating a well rounded, full-bodied whisky. Created without the use chill-filtration, this whisky is increasingly rare.
Ex-Bourbon
This Hyde No.3 is a triple distilled single grain whisky that has been matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels for 6 years. Non chill-filtered and bottled at 46%.

Boann Distillery
Ex-Bourbon
This Midleton Single Cask 1997 was created for the Finnish market, making it quite rare. It was matured in a refill hogshead cask and was specially selected and signed by Master Distiller Barry Crockett. The bottle is one of the few Single Cask releases directly from Midleton, as opposed to societies and independent bottlers.

Bow Street
An old Jameson bottling from the last remaining years of production from the now closed Bow St. Distillery. Established in 1780, the area of the distillery grew to about 5 acres in size and was commonly referred to as the city within a city.
This is an old bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey, produced at Bow Street Distillery, Dublin, destined for the Japanese market. A rare piece of whiskey history which has been bottled at 43% abv.
This is a very special edition of Knappogue Castle of which only 600 bottles were produced. It was created by vatting single malt from 1990, 1991 and 1992. Each and every bottle was then signed and numbered by Mark Andrews, the man who bought the castle and started the distillery.

Tullamore Dew is a hugely popular Irish blended whisky that is adored around the world. It is created by blending together the three main types on Irish whiskey – malt, pot still and golden grain, and then triple distilling for that famous Irish smoothness.
This Jameson 15 Year Old Very Special Old Whiskey is indeed a special bottle that was produced at the Bow Street distillery in the 1970s. It was aged for 15 years and is incredibly hard to come by today. A real piece of Irish history.
Bushmills
