Named “The Quiet Man” from the fact that the company’s founder’s father did not reveal a word from customers ramblings while he was a barman in Belfast for more than 50 years. Triple distilled, aged in refill ex-bourbon casks before a final finish in first-fill casks. Blended and bottled in County Derry. The nose is sweet, fragrant, floral, vanilla and oak. The taste is spicy from honey, vanilla and oak, and a smooth finish. Multiple award winning with a Gold awarded by The Spirits Business in 2015
