Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Juicy apples with candied citrus peels and a hint of sweet peat. It’s lightly spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and undertones of grapefruit, all balanced by vanilla and toffee sweetness and chocolate.
Palate:
Candied citrus peels with soft touches of kiwi, limes, boiled orange sweets with chocolate centres, charred pineapples, tiny hint of apricots, pear drops, pot still spices, clove oils, candle wax, almonds.
Finish:
Warm, floral barley notes with a light hint of peat smoke.
