An interesting single malt soured from one coast and aged on another. Aged predominantly in ex-bourbon casks, the liquid was then transferred to ex-cognac casks sourced from the famed Maison Camus of the Borderies Cru. Aged for it’s entirety on Lambay Island off the coast of north Dublin, it’s microclimate imparting a unique maritime element to the cask and liquid.
