The classic Founder’s Reserve blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still. Aged in ex-bourbon then finished for 15 months in ex-Marsala wine Hogsheads from the Florio Winery in Sicily. The Irishman range has established itself as a stable in the Irish scene with it’s complex and creamy texture. The addition of such a luscious dessert wine only complements it further. With just 390 bottles released in 2017 it’s sure to be one of the last to get your hands on.
