Another young pot still to hit the scene. Interestingly, in addition to it’s high unmalted barely content, this mash bill included a small proportion of oats. Aged predominantly in ex-bourbon casks with around 10% aged in ex-oloroso sherry casks. Beautiful and bright, with top notes of vanilla and a creamy underbelly. The sherry enriches the spirit further making this a great value taoscán.
