Distilled from an unknown source but blended on-site at Dublin Liberties Distillery. Copper Alley is a 10-Year-Old Single Malt that has been matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in 30-Year-Old Oloroso Sherry casks for 6 months. Such old sherry casks allows all the sweet dried fruit notes to impart into the liquid without the potential for any tannins from the wood. Names after one of the oldest streets in Dublin this is one to bring your back

Distillers notes:
NOSE: Delicate honey & powdered sugar sweetness give way to a floral note of apple blossom & red fruits.
PALATE: Deep fruity notes of baked plums & red grapes are imparted by oloroso sherry casks, giving gorgeous oak notes rounded by golden syrup sweetness.
FINISH: A lingering finish full of rich dark chocolate.
