Bushmills 9 Year Old Single Malt 1960’s (German Export)
Another great ancient whiskey to come from Ireland’s oldest distillery. This 9 year old single malt was bottled sometime in the 1960s. With the youngest spirit at 9 years old, it’s safe to assume a vast majority of this single malt was distilled during the 1950, with older components coming from the 1940s. It’s aged entirely in ex-bourbon barrels giving the traditionally fruity liquid a soft toasted touch. Both it’s young age and maturation make this a perfect opportunity to truly relish the characteristics of the distillery at that time.
