“Valinch & Mallet” is an Italian bottler founded in September 2015 by two Italians. Former trader David Roman and liquor industry vet Fabio Armori. This single malt was double-distilled in County Louth in 2003. Bottled at cask strength from a single sherry hogshead yielding just 329 bottles. This is a truly rare find and we don’t expect our limited stock to last.
