Another delicious expression to come from indie bottlers Walsh Whiskey. Initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels, their classic blend of triple distilled 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskey was then treated to a 12 month finish in ex-oloroso sherry hogsheads. Previous limited edition releases included the Florio Marsala and Reserve Rum casks. Just 9 casks were bottled in total, distributed to select markets. Bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose:
Nutty Oloroso Sherry notes mingle with the delicate aromas of dried fruit, tangerine and dark chocolate.
Palate:
Hints of toasted oak and velvet spice add a sumptuous warmth to this powerfully complex expression.
Finish:
Lingering malty nose, sweet dried fruit.
