Teeling Collaboration Series: Pinot Noir Cask

Part of The Collaboration series. Taking Teeling’s flagship blend each expression is treated to a different cask finish sourced from selected distilleries, breweries and wineries. In this case we have German winery Reichsrat Van Buhl who takes over with their Pinot Noir casks finish of approximately 18 months. Founded in 1949, the vineyard is world famous for their Riesling but no doubt each and every variety of wine is meticulously crafted. Expect a barrage of forest fruits, plum and some spry ginger. Lots of wood influence with a slight tannic structure imparting a welcome dryness to the juicy bomb.
