Another delicious bottling from the crew at Niche Drinks. This 12 year old single was initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels before a final finish in ex red Bordeaux wine casks. Limited release in mainland Europe. The result is a rich fruity body with notes of chocolate, dried raisins with some citrus to round it all off.
