An NAS release from Midleton Distillery considered to be the younger cousin of John’s Lane. Pot still aged in both refill and 1st-fill ex-bourbon barrels with a final component coming from ex-oloroso sherry casks. Gingerbread in a bottle, lots of apple, cinnamon, sawdust and allspice. Released in Autumn 2013 to a very short run that’s now discontinued.
