|Distillery||Old Midleton/ New Midleton|
The classic triple distilled blended Irish whiskey containing single pot still, single malt and grain.
Named after former Cork Distilleries salesman Paddy Flaherty, this was bottled by the Irish Distillers group at their New Midleton distillery in the later 1970s. Production of the brand was moved there from the Old Midleton distillery in 1975, with the spelling of Whisky on the bottle changing to the current “Whiskey” variant. The Paddy in this bottle is likely some of the last to have been distilled at the old facility.
