Now discontinued, this particular blend was devised in the 1980s under the ‘1780’ labeling. A leathery blend of 75% pot still and 25% grain. Minimum age is 12 years old as required, with a reported age range nearing 20 years. The grain component has seen both first fill and refill bourbon cask while the pot still has been aged exclusively in sherry hogsheads. An understated but affordable expression, considered the slightly sweeter cousin to the Very Rare series. Expect mulled apples, raisins, demerara sugar with some dusty vanilla on the nose.

This Wicklow Rare blend is a mix of 80% grain whiskey and 20% 10 Year Old malt whiskey. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks for most of its life before being finished in Oloroso Sherry butts. A really lovely whiskey that comes in an elegant bottle.
This Jameson 15 Year Old Very Special Old Whiskey is indeed a special bottle that was produced at the Bow Street distillery in the 1970s. It was aged for 15 years and is incredibly hard to come by today. A real piece of Irish history.
Tullamore Dew is a hugely popular Irish blended whisky that is adored around the world. It is created by blending together the three main types on Irish whiskey – malt, pot still and golden grain, and then triple distilling for that famous Irish smoothness.
