An eight year old single grain that has been finished in Bordeaux casks.
The first batch is limited to 1000 bottles.
Notes of sweet strawberries, vanilla, honey and fragrant spices on the palate along with ripe red fruit on the nose and back palate. The bordeaux casks are assisting with the fruit presentation as well as the red fruit flourishes.
Awarded Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2019.
