Bushmills 12 Year Old is a highly-regarded single malt whiskey that is becoming known for its exotic flavor profile and approachability. Made from 100% malted barley that has been triple-distilled, the whiskey is matured for a minimum of 11 years in former sherry and bourbon casks. After blending, the whiskey is finished for 6-9 months in Marsala wine casks, creating a unique and delicious flavor profile of dried fruits, sweet spices, and caramelized almonds and hazelnuts. Despite being matured in three different casks, the whiskey remains soft and approachable, with Bushmills’ signature smoothness. While the whiskey can be enjoyed neat or over ice, its Marsala cask finish makes it an excellent complement to charcuterie boards or in a decadent Boulevardier cocktail.
