A novel twist on the classic Irish whiskey maturation method, this creamy offering from the Dingle distillery has been matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to give it extra depth and sweetness. Expect warming notes of fudge, spice, and a festive hint of dried fruit and peels.

Powers whiskey is traditionally pot-still based blended spirit produced at the famous Midleton distillery. This particular release is a single cask 15 Year Old that was released in conjunction with L. Mulligan Grocers. It was matured in an ex-bourbon cask and is a fantastic example of smooth Midleton whiskey. Only 192 bottles were ever produced.

This Midleton Single Cask 1997 was created for the Finnish market, making it quite rare. It was matured in a refill hogshead cask and was specially selected and signed by Master Distiller Barry Crockett. The bottle is one of the few Single Cask releases directly from Midleton, as opposed to societies and independent bottlers.
Bow Street
An old Jameson bottling from the last remaining years of production from the now closed Bow St. Distillery. Established in 1780, the area of the distillery grew to about 5 acres in size and was commonly referred to as the city within a city.
